What makes England a good destination for pictures?
England has a lengthy and fascinating history. Old castles dotting the countryside, colleges with Middle Ages histories, ancient Roman sites, and centuries-old Royal Palaces that are still in use are just a few of the places where history can be found. However, England is more than just its past; it also has thriving cities, outstanding cultural institutions, and entertaining things to do.
Getting the ideal photo for your Instagram feed can be really satisfying. Here are five of the UK's most photogenic locations, whether you enjoy taking selfies or would rather stay in the background to capture the scenery. Use these locations as inspiration for your next vacation selfie.
Vacationing sounds good but,..
Most people think that vacationing is an idea that only happens when the stars line up but we beg to differ. Vacationing happens when you say so or at least when you decide to plan it out.
Outlined underneath are five resource links that can help you achieve your goals of vacationing sooner rather than later.
"It's too expensive!" This is probably the most common reason why vacationing never happens and we agree but before we co-sign that excuse let's just find out how much the flight and hotel will cost.
Get pricing on a flight and hotel.
"If I go, what will I do?" Sleep! Swim! Relax! Take a tour! It doesn't matter, your on vacation.

"Where will I stay?" Well, we just gave you a link up above for flight and hotel but if your want to stay somewhere local, try VRBO. It's a step above Airbnb.
"I can't afford it!" Got it! You want to go but you don't know how to pay for it. Do a reverse layaway. Put it on a low interest rate credit card then pay it off afterwards. It really is that simple. Here is a link to some really great credit card offers. Now book your trip and enjoy.

1) The London Eye

Without taking a ride on The London Eye, a trip to London is not complete. You can take in panoramic views of the city from the comfort of its pods, including all of its well-known attractions like Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, and Big Ben.
The London Eye may resemble a massive Ferris wheel, but it actually moves very slowly for the duration of the 30-minute ride, so take your time, relax, and take in all the incredible city sights.
It could be argued that after sunset, when the glittering city lights take over, London is even more breathtaking. It is not sure what else is Instagram-worthy if not that.

2) London Bridge

It has an immediate wow factor on the grid because it is one of London's most famous and impressive sights, especially for visitors from outside the city.
The most popular Instagram location in London can be photographed from a variety of angles, so even though it's a classic, you can come up with your own style.
Both amateur and expert photographers will find some incredible photo opportunities at Tower Bridge. A traffic island in the middle of the street makes for a great photo opportunity. Alternately you can go to a slightly different spot and take pictures next to the statue of a dolphin on St. Katharine's Walk.

3) Buckingham Palace
Url of Buckingham Palace: https://www.rct.uk/visit/buckingham-palace
Tell me something that is more distinctly British than the palace that houses the King of England. The typical tourist photo is taken in front of the gates, but the best angle is to climb up above the bars so that more of the palace is visible in the background.
To do this, proceed up the Victoria Memorial's steps. This is a very popular tourist destination, just like the bridge, but you can arrive at any time to take pictures there.
You won't have a problem finding a clear spot on the Victoria Memorial unless you intend to go there on the day of a royal wedding, the King's birthday, or another significant day.

4) Oxford University
Url of Oxford University: https://www.ox.ac.uk/
Oxford University deserves a spot on the list thanks to its beautiful gardens and historic architecture. Did you know that over 900 years have passed since the first students were taught at this esteemed institution?
But even if you don't have any immediate plans to enroll, it's still worthwhile to stop by to take some stunning pictures of your surroundings. But the chances for photos don't end there.
Discover Oxford's other attractions, including its quaint cobblestone streets, historic pubs, and a renowned museum that houses an extraordinary collection of artifacts from antiquity.

5) The Royal Crescent
Url of Royal Crescent: https://no1royalcrescent.org.uk/
The most well-known street in Bath is The Royal Crescent and it sweeps above Royal Victoria Park offering breathtaking views. This street showcases some of the most stunning examples of Georgian architecture in the UK and every home on the Crescent is listed as Grade 1.
The Royal Crescent has been featured in many period dramas, including The Duchess and Persuasion, making it the ideal location for Instagram selfies.
Take note of how high the curb is next to the cobbled street as you walk along it; this was done to allow horse and carriage riders to be delivered to the correct door without having to step out into the street. You have a ton of chances to take amazing pictures here!
